W.O. Mitchell ES

Our fundraisers and events are specifically chosen to raise money that can be used to support the school, as well as to bring WOM students, staff and families together to create a sense of community.  Money raised pays for trips, supplies, and special events at the school that otherwise would not be part of the normal curriculum, as well as supporting WOM families in times of need.

With the launch of the WOM Learning Commons project in 2024, a large portion of funds raised over the next three years will be put towards achieving that goal of creating a welcoming, versatile and vibrant space in our school.  If you would like to know more about what the project is all about, please visit the W.O. If you are interested in making a direct donation to the Learning Commons project, you can do so by clicking the 'Donate' button below.  Simply write "Learning Commons" or "Library Project" in the comments box and not only will you be helping us to reach out goal faster, but you will also receive a tax receipt.  Thank you in advance for your support!

Upcoming Events & Fundraisers:

	Do Nothing Fundraiser - April 15th - 20th From Monday April 15th to Saturday April 20th, we are asking for donations of any amount, specifically for the Learning Commons project. Donations can be made in one of two ways: 1 - Online, using the Donate Now button above.  Donations made online are eligible for a tax receipt. 2 - Cash or cheque, dropped at the school office Every dollar we raise helps us achieve our goal of turning this space into a warm, and welcoming environment for our kids and staff to enjoy, so no amount is too small.
	Friday, April 19th is Pizza Night! Order from any Jojo's Pizza location, by phone, online or walk in, mention that you are with W.O. Mitchell and 25% of your purchase will come back to the school!

Ongoing Fundraisers:

Mabel’s Labels:  Stop items from being lost, and donate a percentage to the school at the same time.

Bridlewood Home Hardware: Shop at our local Home Hardware, mention W.O. Mitchell when paying, and a percentage of your purchase goes to the school.
